Latest I heard is that a) Michael Bishop said that a presence in the London area is an imperative for the survival of bmi baby b) Ryanair met resistance basing 6 Boeing 737-200 at LTN because of noise concerns.
If NOW should take off as well, Easyjet expand I wonder how all these additional aircraft can be accommodated at LTN, The terminal landside should be ok, but airside and on the apron it will be terribly crowded, me thinks.
