I have been looking at the old existing plans for the CTA and the new plans showing the new ring road away from Taxiway Delta and the second multistory.
What the updated plans don't show is another 4 stand apron off Delta but it is easy to see how this is going to happen complete with a Pier C sometime in the future particularly as new taxiway Foxtrot will have an access point to any new apron.
I have roughly modified the existing plan to show the second multistory in dark blue. Pier C with the modified ring road between the car park and the pier and in light blue a 4 stand apron. As seen everything fits nicely.
With the existing drop off area replaced by the station and using the new plans as a guide the service road will pass under the pier which is what is going to happen with pier B now anyway.
My modifications are to scale using the new layout as reference.
