As above, fATPL is a term only used by flying schools, no such licence exists, and even within the industry it isn't even clear what an fATPL is. Does it include an MCC? What about a JOC?
What exactly are you getting for your £69,995? Will you have an SEP rating? MEP?
You are much better off talking in actual licencing terms, then it is clear what you have. You are aiming for a CPL + MEIR either with or without MCC and JOC certificates.
