And therein lies the problem: there is always a pool of pilots from some downtrodden country (sorry SA...a place I personally love) that are willing to come on the lower terms. Because of that, the rest of you can forget the pay rise. Until pilots start insisting on proper terms and conditions, the terms will continue to deteriorate. Sad but true.
