IF Hainan did approve the fund (which numerically is just the offset from the hainan airline's expat pay compared to HKA's pilot Salary - not honouring seniority and taking direct entry is so much cheaper philosophy)

THEN IF HKA HR further allow the pilot group that are already getting significantly higher salary than HR for sitting in the cockpit doing fack all (and if those pilot individuals sitting there doing fack all can still managing to create incidents and accidents, HR will surely penalise them by taking percentile of the bonus from the offenders and) yet still granting the parent company's fund towards the "pilots"

THEN historically, Someone would first take a generous fair cut of 95% of that big pie assigning to the training department related group, leaving the 5% of the pie spread for the remaining pilot group. and would probably take 3 attorneys 6 months to proof read and printing "at the sole and absolute discretion of the company" at every bullet point on the CoS that are benefits related, because the HR facked up for the last CoS stating paying by duty but not honouring it (did HR just mistakenly fack up and have no bonus deducted again?), but guess what that CoS is now history and dusted. The resultant RISE won't be so significant that they will issue you a letter acknowledging for the fact you would get 3% of the basic salary (basic salary is approximately 40% of your normal salary pay), approximately being one's normal salary's +1.2% subject to conditions such as checked to line with sufficient time on line, no warning, no fack ups, no violations and of course at the sole and absolute discretion of the company. And then and only then the god almighty HR have to be thanked and bowed by the FOP as HR know much more about aviation safety, FTL, fatique than FOP.
