You need to ring up VA and ask for an application. They send you a red pack with all the basic info she will need plus the application form. I have applied and been offered an interview before but could not get from Aus to the UK for it. I have just re-sent for the application again after 6 months, despite the fact that I have just been offered a job with Easyjet starting in Nov. When I am living in London it will be easier to get to interviews with the bigger airlines.
VA need you to be over 19, with customer service and hospitality background. GCSE in basic subjects, and a good personality. you will find that you wont get much idea of pay until you get to the interview stage. Unless of course VA crew on this site can give you an idea.
