Not a chance of that happening as a section of kerbing has got to be moved between the traffic lights and the tunnel. Also other minor works need to take place but the opening is not far away now. I would say maybe next week or so for the inbound but the outbound could fully open this week although a section outside the Holiday Inn was being dug up today.
LTNMAN you need to be more optimistic in life, as advised the dual carriageway is open and traffic light system working nicely so far... It will be interesting to see what if any effect this has to the friday morning rush tomorrow.
