Any chance sending these boffins up the M1/M6/M42 to BHX?
Three years now without CAT 3 at BHX on runway 33 and CAT 1 has been localizer only for longer than I care to remember.
A bit of low cloud and it is a tailwind landing on 15 but at least that 10000ft runway does have its uses.
Glad Luton has sorted their problem.
