Seems that the ILS downgrade at both ends has been lifted and is now back to CAT 3B, as the 3A reduction due to issues with the rollout has disappeared from the latest notam.
It has taken over a year since it was first reduced to get it back up. Seeing that the aerials can't be moved and the multi-storey was not put into stealth mode I wonder how it was fixed
