A lovely Pakistani driver drove me home a couple of days ago. University educated, but his parents passed away, so he now has to provide for his 4 sisters. He has been driving us for 7 years. He had always dreamt of being a Pilot. However, no resources to achieve his dream. In the last few years he has listened to many EK Pilots with tales of woe, and hatred of their company, and hence dislike of their job, and subsequent lifestyle. He says it is a blessing from above that he never became a Pilot. How far our career has fallen, that our drivers feel so sorry for us.........
