Can't see why the construction of Taxiway Foxtrot would have a major affect on wide body aircraft operating down Taxiway Delta, also most of the work would be done during the day. At the moment between holding points B1 and A5 which is by the fire station to half way along the south stands there are restrictions to code D and E aircraft unless a follow me vehicle is provided from April 4th until 1st July so I would have thought the same arrangement would be in place for the tie-ins to Taxiway Delta. Also between 21.00 and 04:00 Mo-Fi from 29th March until 31st May the junction by the fire station to the main apron is closed.
The airport is closed though from midnight to 5:30 between 6th November and 16th December and again between 6th January 2018 and 14th January 2018 so the nighttime cargo flights will have to go elsewhere. I assume this will have something to do with the taxiway extension at the 08 end which needs to be joined to the runway.
