I take my hat off to Luton for creating an even more expensive option for priority parking. The standard option is now open air parking which just happens to be on the roof of the multi-storey or for a few pounds more the passenger can elect for the car to be parked under cover on the 4th floor.
The savvy parker can self park undercover on all the other floors of the multi-storey but that is not a cheap option either.
