Which is believable as they have no means of delivery and using it would instantly strip them of support and sympathy. So why would they have a stockpile a) at all, b) unprotected in the midst of a crowded civilian area?
And those loveable cuddly rebels are really friendly with their Christian and Non Sunni Muslim neighbours, they haven't killed and chopped heads off of thousands, butchered whomever refuses to join them.
