The way the concession has worked is that there is a flurry of capex at the start, when a return can be made over the term Then nothing until after renewal.
Unless something changes in the meantime, what is being invested now will be all until either 2031, or when the concession is further extended.
Will the new facilities being built, even last until 2031?!
