Guessing I know,but how much do you think Peel will get for the housing land?
So just say it's £10 million......Do they get the cash up front? Or in instalments as and when developers cough up.
So just say up front...best scenario as straight away £10 million ploughed into infra structure..or..do they say well that's 2.5 million for the last two and next two yeas losses?
Or
In instalments over the 4 years(?) of housing developments...so that's 2.5 million per year..oh great that equates to our losses so we(Peel) get our money back..result no annual loss......but unfortunately..no money for investment?
