The biggest risk to Crews outside those outside Airlines such as the ME3 who provide transport home is the drive home. FRMS has to highlight the risk to their Pilots and we know many stories where "gethomeitus" has gone wrong. Some more mature airlines are now getting their taxi Company directors to undertake FRMS training and contracts include FRMS mitigations are max duty at night, no previous work before a movement at 0200 etc.
