This seems to show (compared to S2016):

No Adria.
6 more Air Nostrum, so presumably both destinations - Vigo and San Sebastian - served.
No Atlas Global.
Blue Air flights increased by over 33%, seats by almost 40%.
EasyJet flights up by 13%, seats by 15% to just over 5.2 million.
El Al & DHL, slight increases.
Israir flights increase from 6 to 33.
No La Compagnie.
Lipican Aer, new operator, 10 flights per week on a 33-seat aircraft. Judging by the BHX thread, this is a Slovakian operator taking over the Waterford route.
MNG, additional 70 flights.
Monarch, slight increase.
Ryanair down 21%.
Si Avia (Fly Kiss) new operator.
Sun Express, up 33% (third flight per week to Izmir)
Thomas Cook, plans superceded by events.
Thomson. Reduction of 6%.
Transavia France. Reduction by 33%.
No VLM
Vueling up 20%.
Wizz Air movements up 7.3%, seats up 11.3% - more A321s.

In summary, for the 31-week summer season, there will be 12.4 million seats available, up 826,000 on 2016.
