you speak about standards, would you, please, specify what you mean by standard?
if a 2000h pilot does not meet the standard, a fresh Oxford pilot will certainly not meet the standard neither!as they are sufficient pilots around looking for a flying job, so why are they looking at the Oxford guys?.
