For me PAT is not good at all. Has a lot of errors at maths..
I was trying for 10 minutes to figure out what my mistake was until I realized that it calculates 5x8=45 and stuff like that.
Thats my personal opinion of course.
I haven't tried Skytest. Latestpilotjobs is the best for me.
