Changeing the cost index changes it. In fact many operators operate at LRC. Increasing the speed, increases the pad on min speed, thus increaseing max alt.. . Sure CRM comes into it. ON both sides. Tony sounds like he doesn't like authority. . . Putting in a report on someone in this way does not help CRM. This was not a dangerous situation (on the evidence submitted).. . I would suggest a bit more diplomacy from Tony may have had a much better result.
