I think neither the captain nor you were able to achieve efficient communication. He was wrong the way he instructed you to accept 410. You were wrong with all the subsequent questioning to his decision making and I think I would not have filed that report like that. I would have been more careful, but thatīs just me.. .I think itīs a good thing you bring this up...itīs a good CRM situation we can all learn from.
