So my question is, where are the airlines getting their B737 F/O's from
I know the airline that I fly for has recruited many FO's onto the B737 this last few years, and will do so again next year. The majority have been non type rated coming predominantly from regional airlines. We have had people from Lion Air too before anyone asks. As for why you haven't heard back from them when you applied, I have no idea, you need to apply via the website when the recruitment section is open, then sit with your fingers crossed.
