I wonder why not one single Pilot of the mentioned company can give a statement and shed some light ?
Maybe because of german work law? I have never signed a work contract which did not contain a "non disclosure agreement". It is very difficult for an employer in Germany to get rid of an unwanted employee after the six-month probation time have passed. Publicly violating the terms of your contract by disclosing company interna on the internet gives the employer one of the few reasons for an immediate termination of your contract. Therefore you can not expect many people to risk their job by washing dirty laundry over the internet.
And no, I don't work for that company. I know pilots who work there or who worked there in the (recent) past, but writing here what I was told by them would be hearsay only and completely useless.
