Fenny, as best I understand it; anyone who joins EJ as a cadet, regardless of whether they are integrated or modular, have a choice of being flexicrew/contractor in the U.K. or a permanent position in an European base. If you choose the former you will eventually get a permamnent position in the U.K. after a few years.
