Surely the airline that offered you the job would arrange and pay for your TR, I'm not sure I understand where your problem is, for example if you got a job with Ryanair or EazyJet (OK not on a 757/767) but say a 737 or A320 they would surely, as part of the package, pay for your TR or renewal
