hmmm. I've tried contacting SIM Aero in the past via email and they never responded. I notice their webpage has 2013 as the date as well.
Air Baltic also don't respond regarding the 757/767 course. But it might be worth trying to contacting them via telephone or their Facebook page. Good luck.
