Cockpit4u is in my point of view a bit expensive.
It is very unusual to do a SIM assessment on a A320 if you are not type rated and specialy for a low hour pilot, but as mentioned they don't expect you to be perfect.
Depending on what you want to spent, I would suggest you to take 2h on a FBS and 1h on a FFS. You can do both at
TFC. You will be around 1000-1200€
But I know that the A320 FFS is quite busy at these days.
