Qatar may well be one of the only exceptions to that. In that sense, the selection team would most likely screen that out. On calling CTC they may not know where you're originally from or need to query it if you've only asked them about when BA or QA re-opens. :-)
Fyi i've already called CTC and ask them am i eligible to apply for a course there with all of my current condition explained, and they said i can, i just need to apply and they will start the screenings process.
So i'm confused now
