If I were you I would look to train somewhere I would get excellent training for the best possible price. There are plenty of good quality flight schools, you just have to do your research (dont believe the CTC hype). Afterwards apply for jobs closer to home, susi air comes to mind, not glamorous but will earn you good experience and allow you to climb the greasy aviation career ladder.

But i heard if i join the Qatar MPL programme, it's a dead end, i cannot fly for other airlines unless i re-take the ground school and re-exam under EASA/FAA authorization.
