So when some one from Indonesia rings up CTC asking about trainings for an EASA license do they not have the courtesy to explain that you may well not be able to work in Europe and that the licences might well need converting to enable you to work in your own part of the world?
For the vast majority of programs you can't actually train on them unless you hold the unrestricted right to live, work and study in the UK and EEA. Qatar may well be one of the only exceptions to that. In that sense, the selection team would most likely screen that out. On calling CTC they may not know where you're originally from or need to query it if you've only asked them about when BA or QA re-opens. :-)
