Unless you marry a European (as stated above) forget flying for any European airline.
Qatar is an option for you but not the wisest way to spend your money as an Indonesian (just saying).
If I were you I would look to train somewhere I would get excellent training for the best possible price. There are plenty of good quality flight schools, you just have to do your research (dont believe the CTC hype). Afterwards apply for jobs closer to home, susi air comes to mind, not gramorous but will earn you good experience and allow you to climb the greasy aviation career ladder.
