Reported back in this post
http://www.pprune.org/australia-new-...ml#post9525502 that PX was not to plan Tokua as a night alternate but according to a reliable source it has now occurred on a scheduled Micronesia flight at night.
Kavieng was NOTAM'ed as not available and Tokua was NOTAM'ed as STBY power unreliable yet PX planned and the PIC accepted the single engine alternate as Tokua even though the PX written policy is not to be use it as well ignoring the CASA lighting requirement Regs.
Wonder if it was the same Captain that accepted a Fokker with only the center tank fuel pump operational?
