regarding to pollution, we are suffering too but this is the biggest problem to everyone.
I met many good pilots here have no any QAR problems as they fly so well.
I admit we have the very strict QAR rules however we are still flying and growing.
Actually I don't want any foreign pilots to come for our positions and much higher salary than us, but there it existed, we worked on it.
