Can the Govt scheme that pays the airport fees for DND-AMS be rediverted to help Loganair instead of Flybe without having to go through a lengthy process of public gazetting and rebidding ? I suspect if formal process had to be followed around rebidding then it would be 6 months before Loganair can start flying profitably on the route. Another option is if HIAL maybe launch a route fund supported by the Govt in Edinburgh
