Presumably the C130 was related to Operation Fingent.
The Marconi S259 radar (and supporting equipment) was airlifted via a Flying Tigers 747 flight to Santiago (with Stopover San Juan
PR), and then moved to position with a UK C130 with "Fuerza Area de Chile" (note "Area" not "Aérea") markings.
