Out of interest, PPJN recently updated the Flybe Turboprop section with some details of the actual interview. The description is as follows:
"Relaxed interview with the fleet manager, personnel manager and probably the flight ops admin manager. Typical qn’s include knowledge of the company, fleet, bases, routes, history and why is the Q400 being chosen over regional jets. A few technical questions to do with icing, the advantages of turboprops over jets and vice versa. Nothing to catch you out. If you struggle they will help you get through the qn’s rather than sit there and let you sweat. Make sure you research the Q400 thoroughly"
