4468/EMB Try LGW.

I bid, I get (Just over 12 months in the company), No 5 day tours, nowhere near as many cabin crew swaps (single fleet), 3 night stops (All UK), No crazy bidding system just a simple preferences system...

Usually home within an hour of chocks on too.
