The law states that you will not operate fatigued and to hide behind a list of other excuses masks the reality thus allowing the company to perpetuate the situation. If it's modus operandi threatens your position for reasonably upholding the law and upholding safety, then it would appear to be a thoroughly dangerous place to remain in pursuit of your career.
