Yes for sure! Of course, I would pay for insurances, but the main problem is taking part in the flight costs (I am not sure my bank would enjoy paying for example half of a 20hrs trans-Atlantic flight aboard a Beech90..
). I met once a ferry pilot who agreed to get a passenger (who just had to pay for insurance) on board because he never wanted to make a ferry flight alone.
