Careful examination of the embankment being dug out on the last page and this map with the duel carriageway and mass transit system shows that the embankment and exit road will have to be removed within a couple of years for the cut and cover tunnel to be dug out.
The map shows nicely that the full width of the embankment by the road tunnel will be where the cut and cover MTS tunnel will exit from Taxiway Alpha.
It seems a lot of work is being done at great expense that won't be in place for that long while at the same time money is being cut to the bone on the finish for the footbridge.
