Delta just signed a deal for a 30% pay increase until 2019. Similar deal for Southwest over 4 years. In the mean time pilots in Middle East, HK and Europe still achieving very little it seems like.

And Australia, we managed an 18 month wage freeze then 3% per annum. The middle class continues to get squeezed.
