Commuting options for CX, EK and others would "change" things here a tad. I'll believe it when I see it.
It isn't possible to pay SO's the same as QF as they'd be earning more than VA captains. One has to ask how is it the conditions are so different yet QF performance is so much better.
Anyway nature will take it's course.
