Whilst there are only 20 aircraft which leave in the first wave, if you take a closer look at the next set of movements you'll see a 21st aircraft is required for the 10.25 departure to Barcelona. I agree it's unusual for all easyJet based aircraft not to leave in the first wave in the summer - I wonder if they were unable to get a slot?
