With 15M fast approaching this needs to be cracked by next Easter!
Actually Easter school holidays begin around April 1st next year and that is the date I would imagine that will mark the completion of the CTA including resurfacing the short term car park.
I really don't think that the airport has solved the traffic issue within the CTA due to the pedestrian crossing inside the drop off zone. All that will happen is the queues will be half the length due to dueling but the actual queuing time will be close to what it was in the summer as the traffic feeds into a single lane for the drop off area.
I forgot to mention that a number plate reading camera has appeared on the horseshoe bend by the entrance of the drop off area but something appears to have hit it as there is a big dent in it.
Security has got very lax inside the drop off area as even at this time of year there will be 3 or 4 cars parked up with no drivers in sight. Those cars can be parked there for long period of time as the airport has stopped using the tow truck.
