As for the 650... a 100,000£ rating takes a lot of work to get your money back, and that is just in the 1st year before you get hit with the 50,000£ recurrent cost? Every year!? Personally, I would rather stick to mid size in Europe without the quite extraordinary costs and lifestyle that the Gulfstream imposes on you? If however someone else is paying training costs, well that maybe different? As a freelancer I fear you will be working for nothing and possibly losing money year on year?
