First update for a couple of weeks as not much to report at the moment.
A vending machine issuing keep dry ponchos for those unfortunate to have to wait for a coach in the rain has been installed by the coach bays.
In the drop off area the airport has excelled itself by installing 2 second hand bus shelters that will keep maybe 10 passengers dry if the wind is blowing in from the south. The shelters have been placed in a location that waiting passengers rarely stand so I doubt they will be overwhelmed.
A new super sized fence is being installed along side Taxiway Delta. The existing temporary fence that was placed in the middle of the service road was moved to the edge a few weeks ago. This new fence is also being installed along the edge of the service road.
The new road from the exit barriers has a temporary fenced route through it which passes under both passenger footbridges. This is being used by cars from the drop off zone only while traffic from the short term car park is still using the temporary roadway until the final kerbing is complete.
The embankment inside the CTA has been pegged out for the exit route of the duel carriageway. The MTS will also cross the embankment to the left when this new road will have to be removed.
...while outside the CTA work continues on the mid term car park entrance.
