15 million for 2016 possible?
Year to date the airport handled 12,518,335 passengers up to the end of October 2016.
That means the airport needs to only 1.25 million for November and December, then the airport is banging on the door of 15 million per year.

Charter Traffic
Even though charter traffic was up 5.5% in October, (which I think was due to the late half term this year, charters operated a little later into the month than previous year summer schedules), BUT for the year in general, it is down 2.9%.
This is a great shame to see it decline again, as the airport has a very low ratio of charter to scheduled traffic compared to most other major UK airports.
