The multistory is being used by airport staff for priority parking but the car park is still being worked on. Also there is no public access to the car park yet due to ongoing work between the car park and the rest of the airport so it is probably the most secure airport car park in the country at the moment as no one can get close to it due to the new exit route which is now getting its top layer of tarmac from the exit barriers.
