This new system is obviously not up to standard. It reduces controllers' efficiency and unreliable. Yet management is insisting on introducing it to operational colleagues. Office people are not the ones who suffer. Those who made the decision to purchase this system should apologize to the taxpayers and operational staff!
ps They didn't even go to Dubai or India to experience it but went to more popular cities to "ïnspect'' other more advanced systems! Unbelievable.
