PFI 'reversion' today proves the AT3 system is not 'ready'.i.e. 'stable'
Whilst 'full' ATC operations were handed over to the new ATC Centre as part of the 'proving of operational readiness', there was a multiple failure of System 1 2, and 3 it was running on the last 'survival' system, namely 'Ultimate Fallback System' = UFS and had to be 'immediately' handed back to the current AT1 system. ATC confidence in the new system is at an all time 'low'. Stress levels of Controllers has peaked to a point where there have been events, occurrences and emotional breakdowns.
